• Jax’s Tipple – Ehrenfelser: Experience the elegance of Ehrenfelser, a grape boasting a global presence of just 120 hectares. This captivating wine, reminiscent of Riesling yet distinctly its own, offers a delightful balance of sweetness and acidity with acrisp, dry finish. It pairs exquisitely with fish, chicken, and even spicy dishes.

• Jax’s Sweet – Eiswein: For a truly decadent finale, explore the world of cool climate sweet wines with our Jax’s Sweet – Eiswein. Imagine a delightful symphony of sweetness and flavour. The grapes, left to ripen on the vines for as long as possible, undergo a meticulous multi-step process that preserves their complex flavours. Our specialised ice wine process then elevates these natural sugars, resulting in a truly exceptional wine. This is the perfect dessert wine or after-dinner treat.
